June 5 Environment Day
As part of the June 5 World Environment Day celebrations, tree saplings were planted across all wards in Cherupuzha Grama Panchayat. The Panchayat-level inauguration was conducted at the Pulingome FHC premises, where Grama Panchayat President Smt. Laisamma Thomas inaugurated the event by planting a sapling.
Vice President Satheesan Karthikappally presided over the function, and Panchayat Secretary Mr. Bittaj Thomas delivered the welcome speech. Felicitations were offered by Panchayat members Leena Williams, Jameela Kolayath, K. C. Lakshmanan, and Sruthi Rakesh, alongside FHC Medical Officer Pooja.
