AUCTION / QUOTATION NOTICE

Respected Sir/Madam,

The following items under the ownership of Cherupuzha Grama Panchayat will be auctioned publicly for the period up to March 31, 2027, as per the schedule below, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, 10/06/2026, at the Panchayat Hall.

Those submitting quotations must deliver their sealed quotations to the Panchayat Office prior to the auction date. The auction will be provisionally confirmed in the name of the highest bidder and will be subject to the final decision and approval of the Panchayat Committee. All other relevant government rules and regulations regarding auctions shall apply to this process as well.
