RE-TENDER / QUOTATION NOTICE
Sub: Renting a vehicle for the official requirements of the LSGD Section, Cherupuzha Grama Panchayat Office.
Competitive sealed re-tenders are invited from interested owners for providing a vehicle (AC Car) on a monthly rental basis for the official needs of the LSGD Section, Cherupuzha Grama Panchayat Office for the financial year 2026–27.

CONDITIONS
- The vehicle must be a 2017 or later model.
- The provisionally accepted contractor must sign the final agreement on stamp paper of appropriate value at their own expense within 7 days of tender acceptance.
- All expenses including fuel costs, vehicle maintenance, driver’s salary, bata, vehicle tax, and insurance must be borne by the contractor. The quoted rate in the tender must include all these expenses.
- The vehicle must possess all legal documents, including a tax permit, and copies of these documents must be included with the tender submission. The driver must also hold all required legal documents.
- If the instructions of the Head of Office are not followed, the Head of Office reserves the right to terminate the contract with the vehicle owner by giving 7 days' prior notice.
- In case the vehicle cannot be provided due to any emergency, the contractor must arrange an alternative vehicle at their own expense.
- The vehicle must be made available whenever requested by the Head of Office, at any time on any day, including holidays.
- Fuel price hikes during the contract period will not be considered, and payment will strictly adhere to the rate approved at the time of the contract.
- The logbook shall be kept under the control of the officer, and trip details must be accurately recorded.
- Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed format attached herewith.
